Exploring the Future of Technology in Berlin

It’s been a busy year for us and the past month has been no different. We packed our bags and headed to Berlin to participate in three very exciting events – Internationale Funkausstellung Berlin (IFA), ShowStoppers and Future Haus.

Check out some of the highlights from our trip!

Future Haus

The first stop on our Berlin tour was Future Haus, a pop-up store in the heart of Berlin. Guests from around the world were invited to explore, play and experience the latest technologies that are shaping the future of living.

TrackR President Christian Johan Smith was there to share TrackR’s vision of making lost items a thing of the past and show how our line of Item Trackers are connecting people to their items, in the home and beyond.

ShowStoppers

The day before doors officially opened at IFA, members of the international press gathered at ShowStoppers to view a showcase of the latest and greatest tech products, get hands-on demos and learn more about the innovative companies behind the tech. TrackR was in attendance – showcasing the new TrackR pixel, explaining the benefits of our expansive Crowd Locate network and demonstrating how TrackR works with Amazon Alexa.

At the event, Christian spoke with Dave Graveline from Into Tomorrow about all things TrackR – watch the interview below!

IFA

At IFA, considered one of the world’s most important technology marketplaces, TrackR was one of over 1,800 exhibitors in attendance showcasing the newest technologies and products. Over the 6-day event, the TrackR team met with attendees, demonstrated the TrackR technology and discussed future partnerships and collaborations.

Our time in Berlin may have been a whirlwind, but it left us feeling inspired and excited the future of technology and connected living!
